We can’t give medical advice by email. Subscriptions
Billing is handled by Apple or Google. To cancel or change plan, open your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before renewal. Refund requests go to Apple or Google.
Restore purchases
New phone? Sign in with the same account, open the subscription screen and tap “Restore purchases”. It’s always free.
Export your data
Profile, then “Export my data”. You get a copy of your plan, logs, check-ins and club list records. Free for everyone.
Delete your account
Profile, then “Delete account and data”, or email us from your account email. How account deletion works.
Parents
Players aged 13 to 15 need your consent before their plan starts. You can see what your child agreed to share and ask us to delete their data at any time. See our privacy policy.
Watch data
To stop sharing Apple Health or Health Connect data, turn it off in the app’s Profile, or in your phone’s Health or Health Connect settings.
Fixture list wrong?
Report a change from the game in the app. Your team’s editor, or two teammates, confirm it. Problems with a whole list: email us.
